Project Management
Our roots are firmly founded in Project Management. Whilst we have broadened our service offering since our founding in 1998, we still bring the same drive, energy and commitment to progress to everything we do.
As part of our project management practice we provide project initiation and setup, programme controls, design coordination, procurement management, construction oversight and much more.
Whilst we prefer to be involved from the outset, we also provide crisis management and apply our expertise and experience to get distressed projects back on track.
Programme Management
For many of our clients we manage all or a series of their projects, adapting our personnel and resourcing to meet the needs of the projects over the life of our commissions.
We have in-house capability to provide enhanced data collection and management, design bespoke reporting protocols and develop progress reporting dashboards. We use these to help manage projects at programme level, enabling key issues to be identified and where, necessary, timely interventions made.
Programme Controls
We pay attention to the detail at KSNPM and apply a data driven approach. Our team setup systems and processes to ensure that progress, quality, commercial and safety information is collected, monitored, tracked, stored, represented and actioned effectively.
We utilise our team of clerks of works, administrators, project coordinators and schedulers to administer our programme controls so that our Project Managers are free to focus on delivery. We have a broad range of expertise including Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management and Quantity Surveying which we utilise to ensure quality of the way we capture and represent project data.
