We have extensive experience of managing a variety of stakeholders across large complex projects including the general public, neighbours, landowners, statutory bodies, statutory authorities, utility companies, environmental groups, heritage bodies and a wide range of other specialists and 3rd parties.
Our team undertake stakeholder identification, prepare stakeholder management plans and strategies and coordinate project teams to implement these.
We project manage engagement events, facilitate public meetings and virtual town halls and engage directly with interested parties; whatever it takes to see deliver project success.
Engagement
We have in-house capability to develop and host planning and marketing websites for our clients.
Our marketing team can create brochures, posters, update booklets, flyers, banners and more utilising client branding and design guides. Printing, manufacture and distribution can also be arranged through our trusted suppliers.
We can host and monitor dedicated development emails and phone numbers and support query responses for our clients.
