Barry is a Part III qualified Architect with 25+ years’ experience working in the Irish construction industry. He has worked on major Residential, Commercial, Healthcare & Education projects from the Service provider procurement stage through to completion / lessons learned. Barry has extensive experience on public & private sectors, capital works management framework stages, contract administration using RIAI, GCC and bespoke industry contracts through to project completion.
