SEN Conference

KSNPM recently hosted a dedicated SEN Conference at the Talbot Hotel in Stillorgan, bringing together all the SEN Project Managers to review lessons learned from the 2023 & 2024 SEN programme. The event was structured around best practices, open-table discussions, and in-depth case studies from projects delivered over the past 2 years.

Facilitated by David Garry, Hugh Garrett, Scott Broderick, Andrew O'Malley, Ryan Mulvaney & Rob Davey the workshops provided a platform for collaborative knowledge sharing, allowing the Project Managers to reflect on challenges, successes, and opportunities for improvement. The interactive discussions focused on refining delivery strategies, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring continued excellence in the successful deployment of SEN accommodation nationwide.
